Types of assistance available:
- Arrears in rental payments (up to six (6) months)
- Security deposits
- Rental assistance (short term- up to three (3) months)

Assistance is available to extremely low income individuals and families who are:
- homeless, couch-surfing or otherwise precariously housed;
- currently have a tenancy summons or warrant of removal
The following additional information and requirements must be met:
- Must meet the income limits
- Must be able to be self-sustaining post assistance
- Must be able to provide birth certificate and social security card for all household members
