The Housing Authority of Bergen County is pleased to announce beginning Monday, March 11, 2024 at 9:00 am through Friday, March 15, 2024 at 11:59 pm applications will be accepted from income eligible SENIOR CITIZEN (62+) households for STUDIO apartments at Boiling Springs Gardens located at 147 Hackensack St, East Rutherford, New Jersey.

We will accept applications from SINGLE PERSON HOUSEHOLDS ONLY.

A random selection lottery will be conducted to select 250 applicants to be placed on the wait list for future potential vacancies.

The HABC will accept applications ONLINE ONLY and will be made available 9AM Monday, March 11th at www.habcnjwaitinglists.org.
